I told you, it’s not like we have no tipping here but way, way less. I used to work as a waiter and my wage was about 80%, 20% came from Tipps.
If it came to a vote here in the US, I would vote to eliminate tipping in general and insist on a $30/hr. minimum wage. Honestly, at this point I feel like tipping is a hidden fee to help subsidize the wages of the employees instead of just having it as part of the price and the full responsibility of the establishment.

I also think Taxes should be calculated and presented as the price of products not an after the fact 6% (sales tax in Michigan) price increase.
