Oh my god this was probably THE best podcast episode I've ever listened to-- thank you Chemda, Lauren and Laura for being open and honest enough to talk about all of this stuff on the air, to total strangers.
Chemda, kudos to you on your podcast, you bring up all the shit everyone wants to know but is afraid to ask. It's so nice to hear an open dialogue about alternatives to the mainstream and typical, expected paths in relationships and sex. Yay for you! Lauren's admissions about her experience being transgender almost made me cry because of how much shit she seems to have had to overcome and is still working through and at the same time I felt so happy that you two are such a great match and that you have found each other and get to experience this whole new thing together. Sex clubs? Awesome! I had a question though Chemda-- why do you refer to Lauren with female pronouns "she, her..." if Lauren identifies as male? Is that for your own comfort or ours? Also, is the decision to switch to male pronouns the equivalent to coming out "again"? I have a transgender cousin and I feel like it was a coming out for him. One last thing, I had this whole "how to I introduce this person to my friends and family" thing in past relationships, granted I'm a woman and they were always men so it was easier for me than two women in this situation-- if I was ever uncomfortable (because of our relationship status or whatever), I'd just say "this is my Dave". "This is my Lauren" works just as well. |

Ok if we ever met in person let's just pretend I never posted this...
OMG two guys with one girl where the guys are into each other as well is HOT HOT HOT! I had the two guys one girl threesome but these guys were very much keeping their distance from each other. If they didn't I might I have melted on the spot with complete orgasmic bliss - hahjeez |

Very interesting. My wife and I hung out with a professional dom (our mutual friend's wife) one weekend, and her speech patterns and Laura's are almost spot on. Might be just coincidence, but they both have this sort of air of authority in the way they speak and form their sentences that comes off almost a little bit arrogant, but not in an obnoxious way. I wonder if its something of a common trait among people who are routinely dominants in BDSM relationships.

Teej and I want to have sex with a woman. But we can't find any willing volunteers. (AND we're willing to touch each other and do whatever it takes to make the woman happy!) :-/ Also–*from my personal experience and from Dan Savage–*there are exceedingly more women transitioning into men than vice versa. Savage thinks it has to do with a difference in male/female sexuality. |

Cool episode and I always love hearing more about Chemda & Lauren's relationship - not necessarily the naughty bits, but just the absolute clarity of how into each other they are.
Dirty talk just doesn't feel natural for me, I guess I'm pretty vanilla. I spend too much time thinking things out in my head then when I go for it I just feel ridonculous and laugh with my wife |
