I loved Sara Benincasa as a guest. And thanks for talking about mental health and medication. Because the more we talk about it, the more normalised it will be in society. I struggle with anxiety, and sometimes depression too, and have been on meds for years. The times I've been off them have been some of the most miserable and challenging times in my life. I really hope one day doctors will know what they are doing - it really seems like guesswork that I could be doing for myself rather than wasting time at the drs - and that society will see mental health like physical health.
