I've been doing intermittent fasting for a few years now. Initially limiting myself to 500 Cal on one day, no limitations the next. I am much much better at abstaining than self control so I found it was much easier to just not eat at all on fast days. So I've been doing that. One day nothing but coffee and water, the next regular. I tend to overeat on regular days, but overall it comes down to me eating fewer calories than I would over 2 regular days.
I mean... fewer calories, lose weight. That's probably the science behind it.

I can't recommend it for everyone, but it fits in with my lifestyle. I feel much sharper and more energetic on the days I fast. I think I lost about 30 pounds the first few months I did it and then stabalised. I've had a lot of (unrelated) health checks since and I'm a-okay on all fronts.

If that is Chemda’s first time doing a painting that’s pretty damn impressive. Especially if she had a time limit to do it. Most paintings take several hours and sessions to be completed.

I think it looks great.

Chemda's painting belongs in a museum! 10/10 better than Picasso

The poll is 'how deep was her heart in it'
Clearly that's a 10, I doubt Chemda ever does anything without throwing herself fully into it.

At first I was going to avoid JoJo Rabbit for the same reasons Micah mentioned, who needs Nazis on TV when they're real? I ended up going because there was a viewing with the cast and crew in the theater. While they're comedic elements it is never in question whether or not the Nazis are wrong and terrible and evil.
Hitler himself is funny but that's because he's
1)played by Taika Waititi and 2) the Hitler in the movie is literally an imaginary representation of the guy, not the actual person (yes. its goofy). I really enjoyed it and think it's ScarJo's best work.

Dear Chemda & Keith,
I would like to formally submit this request to have the Chiefs be the official team that KATG roots for from now until the end of the season. Not only do we have the chance to knock out the Titans so Keith doesn't have to be vegetarian, but the Chiefs are the only thing I like as much as you guys and we could use your support. If there is another die hard fan of any of the supporting teams out there, I challenge them to a duel as I am confident I have been a VIP longer and have more forums posts than them all! Love live KC and KATG!
