Technical question:
Do you often pay rent in Person in the US? Or actively at all?

I only know the practice of monthly withdrawal from your account as a term in the contract? I think?
We also don’t actively pay the mortgage every month, it is taken from the account.
You can’t forget it but also can’t decide to pay later.

I think this is a very common practice here I’m not even sure if it is done otherwise?


Is this again some old- trimly thing like the odd check bussiness? ( you know I’m over 40 and I remember checks as being something very old fashioned all my life)

And I add it to things i dont understand.
When you pay automatically its also better for the landlord because he always gets the money on time.

Unless.....
Renting generates income that has to be taxed. Do they all lie about it and that's why? But no. I can't be. The check also says its for rent.

I am a naturally dominant person. I don’t have this Kind of relationship with my husband because he is not into it. We have a well balanced relationship, also in the sexual way. I enjoy it and it’s not a problem for me, but it’s very easy for me to be dominant in life but in a good way.

And I heard about the theory that people who are dominant in life want to be submissive in bed. I don’t see it that way.
I listen to Dan Savage and most women are rather submissive as it seems. It’s not like they would have all the power in the non sex area.
