I have a very structured day, it’s the only way to be able to deal with everything, work, family, working out and so on. I get up at 6 am, 6:30 at the latest.
I do housework, work out in same way every day, make breakfast for kids, and mostly bring at least one to school. ( when they don’t start at the same time Mr Apia takes the other one) than I start my big pharming day. In the evening at about 9 pm I go upstairs to start quiet time. I don’t know how a partner who doesn’t live with me would ever fit in my life. My free time is between 7:30 and 9 pm if when it’s good. |

When the wife and I married, we each had our own house. I stayed with her in her house except the nights and weekends I had my kids. Those nights I stayed in my house, she stayed in hers.
We decided to remodel her house rather than sell them both and buy something together, so we kept separate houses through the 9-month remodel. Once it was done. sold my house and moved into hers. We did it, but there was a lot of driving between houses. Did it for 2+ years, but hated it. Voted no. |

We lived in an apartment for six years, just had to move to a place that's similar in size, but with more, smaller rooms. We couldn't even get the king bed up the narrow steps never mind fit it in any of the rooms. So now we have separate bedrooms. It's only been a month, but I think I love it. I think about the thing Keith said about him and Cat being roommates instead of married, so I'm hoping I can stay ahead of that, because this does seem like it could foster something similar. Different houses though, I can't even imagine. Can't even afford this place.

I ended up working the whole weekend and missed the marathon, I do 12h shifts and I’m exhausted by the time I’m home. Hope it’s ok I’m voting in the polls though I haven’t listened yet. Once you guys send the full audio track to us Kickstarter supporters I’ll catch up and listen to it though.
Re: poll question, I’d not mind this at all, I think I’m set in my ways and like certain things just so and in their own place in my home. I’d have to be with someone that is a clean organized person to cohabitate and make it work. I already have to clean up all the time after my teen daughter. |
