Yeah those people were definitely at the Tesla concerts. Same men singing along to every word of Little Suzy. Weird, funny, and great.

I used to live in an area with the same kind of parking situation. I remember parking somewhere forbidden and walking out the building in my sleep clothing to repark before 6 am, because they were starting controlling at that time.

We were so annoyed that we bought a house with 3 parking spaces! I see this is not a great tip!
