3803: God Bless the U.S.A. w/ Lucie Pohl

The great Lucie Pohl joins Keith to discuss her role in The Dad Emails book, Donald Trump’s God Bless the USA Bible, Sean D. Combs’s homes being raided by federal agents over sex trafficking allegations, and the collapse of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key bridge. But it’s funny.

Lucie Pohl

My car was broken into once. I was in another city, left only for a short time and left my wallet inside ( I know!) Someone smashed the window.
And all my stuff was stolen. Counts for a crime I guess?

My favorite bible verse is the one where Jesus tells a dude to chop off his own hand if he really can't control himself from sinning. That's content!

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Lucie is another of my favourite guests (also, fellow Mercy mains stand up)! I haven't listened to the episode but am about to start. Keep up the great work Keith.

"His wonders to perform" is such a weird stupid phrase it really makes me question the whole god wrote the bible thing.

I’ve had a thought similar to Keith on ghosts.

What percentage of “believers” do you think have actually read the bible cover to cover? I would guess around 1% if that.

This is why I think they’re full of shit. You actually believe in an omnipotent, omniscient GOD that created all of reality and the known universe with a simple thought, but you don’t have time to read the book he wrote?!
