Bear is sooooooooooo annoying to argue with. he addresses things right away and takes responsibility for his actions all while remaining calm and open to listening to my feelings. like…what?!?! i’m a yeller and a door slammer. when i see red i legit need to be left alone for a bit to use my coping techniques to ratchet down to a reasonable level. but he just wants to RESOLVE THINGS RIGHT THE FUCK AWAY. i will apologize, but it takes me longer to get there than it takes him.

there is no resolution in the moment for me. i usually get more mad at not being given time and space to think than whatever the issue is.

I didn't understand the minstrel show joke Craig wanted to make. But I think I understood the part about mocking people who are racist. I think you can do that but you have to be willing to take the heat from it. Quinton Tarantino did it in Django. Some people didn't like it but in the theater everyone was drying laughing at the dumb ass Klan guys with the hoods that had the wrong eye holes.
