A quote I heard on KATG years and years ago … “every relationship fails until one doesn’t.” (Might have the exact phrasing wrong but that’s the gist)

It sounds trite but it helped me get out of the destructive thinking of self blame or feeling cursed, or just using superlatives of “this always happens”.
