Had a problem with Paltalk and to follow is the chat I had with paltalk customer service.

Debi (paltalk): How can I help ?
CherryLavender: My bank account was charged $14.95 for the Xtreme and my account says I am just basic.
Debi (paltalk): Your subsription Says expired
CherryLavender: right, but my bank account was charged for it
Debi (paltalk): SOmetimes
Debi (paltalk): It appears
Debi (paltalk): you Stopped te Auto renew?
CherryLavender: i did after my bank account was charged and I didn't have the Xtreme
Debi (paltalk): IT shows cancelled on Marc 7
Debi (paltalk): March
Debi (paltalk): it gave you only the free trial
CherryLavender: i understand that, but my bank account was charged the $14.95 and I am not getting the Xtreme
Debi (paltalk): Anyting else would be sowign a credit/ refund OR disappear
CherryLavender: so what do we do?
Debi (paltalk): Your bank has to show it either disappear and not charge
Debi (paltalk): or a credit
Debi (paltalk): You cancelled it before your Week trial ended
CherryLavender: why was i charged and not given the xtreme?
CherryLavender: i did not
CherryLavender: cancel it

CherryLavender: right, but I didn't cancel it before the week was finished and i was charged the amount and then have not received the xtreme

Debi (paltalk): Your bank/ Credit card WIl show a Pending payment
Debi (paltalk): OWEVER tat usually returns to your blance before
Debi (paltalk): However

Debi (paltalk): Tey dont actually Say refund

CherryLavender: you are being rude, do you have a supervisor

Debi (paltalk): See if that charge is still there
CherryLavender: it is still there
Debi (paltalk): I cannot fo a reund here
CherryLavender: so what do we do now?
Debi (paltalk): I can give you information to request one
Debi (paltalk): however the subscription was stopped
CherryLavender: i just want my account activated
Debi (paltalk): I canot activate it
Debi (paltalk): no payment went tru only A free trial
CherryLavender: debi, i have a deduction of 14.95 on my account

... and no it's not fixed yet. I had the week free trial and then I was charged for the month but my subscription is on basic and not Xtreme. Are you on the camera?

not to be rude, and i didnt read the whole thing (too long + im drunk) but, does it show as pending? companies authorize (which fucks my shit up too) but they dont charge and that eventually falls back into your account.
I did scan the part where she was being rude though, and she shouldnt of. just cause the csr knows the ins and outs does mean that everyone else should automatically get it too..

My account was charged on March 10th for the 14.95. It is not pending.
