This one is better. I consider this their best song in the same way I consider "Four Kicks" to be Kings of Leon's best song. They got the party started in such a major way but couldn't keep it going.

Men who's Ladies can't cook
I can't cook. Luckily I know it... but I find what works best is the positive - negative rule.
When you need to say something negative, use a positive FIRST! "Baby, I loooove how you cook for me. Do you know what you should try next...." It's how I started cooking... With spices! |

Raisins In Meat Balls -- Yes, that's Italian
While I personally do not care for raisins in my meatballs, I can tell you that my grandma Carrino, my Great Aunt Mary and my Aunt Nancy -- all of them off the boat from Italy -- would put raisins in the meatballs sometimes. My Dad -- who carries on the real Italian cooking in our family -- does not put the raisins in the meat balls only because my brother, my sister and I would complain about it when we were kids.
By the way, real Italian food is not much like what most Americans think they are getting in restaurants. My guess is that you probably grew up around some real Italian cooking and know the difference -- except, of course, for the raisins in the meat balls. Mangiare, caro amico! |
