I LOVED this episode and can't wait to hear the rest of them. It was fun listening to the specific stories the guests lived through as waiters/servers/bartenders. My favorite was the story about the guy who wanted Jess to read him the entire menu over the phone. I was a casino blackjack dealer for a number of years and hearing their stories took me back to dealing with similarly ridiculous people and situations, although not to the degree these guests had to deal with it. Nice work, Chemda, Newsy and guests!

God I love Jess Wood. Even whilst working a 9 to 5; she remains gangster. Jesse Joyce's scam on padding tips was clever. Not one I'd heard before. Very instructional for anyone working in a tourist-y spot.
My favorite though was the story about the gal losing her mind and changing her face. Omg. That story was so real and heartbreaking. |

Great episode and seamless editing (nice work Newsy!). I especially enjoyed this topic because my grandparents owned a restaurant in Jamaica (Queens) when I was a baby and even after it closed, at some time in their lives my grandmother, father and sister worked as wait staff. Over many a holiday table they would trade war stories. This was an even darker look into that world, that I didn't get a chance to see. I really look forward to part 2!
