Gotta say, I loved this guest. Got a bit nervous there'd be some strife at the beginning when Chem was a bit, I don't want to say confrontational, but something like that, about him and the guy with two girls in the crowd. Bring him back!

The Viagra talk reminds me of how we use that drug (known generically as Sildenafil) in Pediatric Medicine in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Viagra has the action of relieving raised pressure in the pulmonary circulation which often goes hand in hand with congenital cardiac conditions and it had been quite a game changer.

Of course, it also does its job in the way it was meant to.
