I'm approximately 8 minutes into this episode and I nominate Karen as Best Guest of all Time. I love her accent, I love her jokes, I love the pictures she paints with her words.
I'm subscribing to her pod right now and I'm sorry I waited this long. I want to move to North Carolina right now and have a drink on her deck. |

I’m very thoughtful and Mr Apia is not. It was the root of many arguments.
Now I have somehow given up and enjoy his other good qualities because it turns out there is nothing else I can do. |

I love matzo ball soup. It makes no sense why my family eats it because there's no Jewish heritage in us that I'm aware of, but it's been a family tradition on my mom's side since forever.
I came here to say that it's vegetarian, but then it occurred to me that we may have just always made it vegetarian because my sister was a vegetarian. A quick google search says most places make it with chicken, so shows how much I know. |
