I know a lot about repatha. Its a pcsk9 inhibitor.
At least he is right about the side effects.
Im sure that was the most important thing about that email for everyone.

If case you wondered, ( I’m sure no one did)

It’s an antibody that inhibits pcsk9, you inject it every few weeks.
Pcsk9 is a Buddy of the ldl Cholesterin, it helps ldl to not get removed from the body.
When you inhibit the pcsk9, ldl will we removed more from your body. Your ldl levels will be lower.
We have a product now in this field that’s why I have to know this.

As a greeting for more than 2 I use "you mofos".

I just love that the American South's favorite word is now "politically correct". It'll be a hilariously confusing time for the MAGAts down here and I'm stoked about it.

the best parts of Southern culture came with the influx of what the black community managed to preserve of their African roots.

i’m glad you’re all enjoying “y’all,” but remember, you’re appropriating. if you feel “woke” using it, remember you’re also able to divorce yourself from the pain and shame it is to be from here.
