I love Chemda's idea of a show/movie where people keep dying as the plot progresses. It sorta makes me think of this zombie video game where if you die, you come back as a different person a but further back in the game. As you travel through the level again, you can come across your previous dead body. I also thought this idea for a series, specifically a zombie tv show where, no matter what, most people die in the season and maybe one person lives. Next season, it's a different cast, location, and situation. That way you can explore this in different, short ways and take the threat of dying seriously.
That robbery story. This woman needs to be recruited to be a hostage negotiator. |

So stay calm and make it about them. Got it.
You can tell the girl is a genuinely sweet person, because I'm not sure I would've thought to empathize with his situation and offer him food with a gun to my head, even as a ploy. So now he knows her government name, where she lives, close family/friends via Facebook, and expresses he wants to date - that is so scary! I would 100% move, but I don't think I'd have a choice in not calling the cops. You don't know how volatile he is. If he's delusional enough to think she'd like to date him after all that, who's to say he doesn't show up at her house again, or involve her family/friends in his delusions. Weekend of the 4th, I helped a friend move from a place she loved and lived in for years, bc a guy she had been seeing and broken it off with started showing up unannounced, sneaking into a "secure" building after other residents, disturbing her neighbors yelling her name and all that, demanding to see her. Threatening to call the cops was the ONLY thing that seemed to give him pause when she would ask him to leave her alone (he's a teacher!), but he didn't actually believe she would do it until she had to! |
