Keith could probably put an Ad for the book in the local newspaper too. Can people just donate books to a local library? Or call up the book store and they can do one of those little displays for local writers?

I feel like politician's don't care they are "wasting money" if it's not theirs. They're okay grifting their supporters when they realize they won't win, or they really, truly think they can win. I mean, Donald won once after all and was getting away with so much for so long that people probabaly think they can too. They sell so much bullshit they forget it's bullshit sometimes and end up eating it themselves. Like their current attempt in florida where they want to make it legal to sue the news for false stories because they want to hurt democrates....forgetting that Fox News runs on lies. Now they're scrambling to slow that roll without being too obvious and saying it's because republicans lie way more.

I was listening to Chu 145 and a comment in that show reminded me of something Sophia said that was insightful for me. Comparing doing maintenance on your brain to how you also need to keep brushing your teeth for them to be healthy and her comment that relapse being a part of recovery struck something for me. I feel like those impacted my thoughts positively and gave me some helpful words for people in my life going through something.
