Anyone ever remember a dream they had under full anesthesia? That's crazy, right?

Sounds ... scary!

Cheese Whiz that you give to your dogs is not (or should not) be the cheese whiz on a cheesesteak. That wiz is a cheese sauce the place probably makes themselves. But it doesn't matter anyway, you should be getting provolone on your cheesesteak, that is at least as standard as wiz. A lot of places might not make their own sauce but that doesn't mean they have store bought Cheese Whiz on hand. Provolone is just how it comes. (If their standard is American cheese, then don't eat there.)

None of that matters either though because the roast pork sandwich is as Philadelphian as the cheesesteak it just hasn't gotten a national rollout. And that sometimes has broccoli rabe on it!
