I'm going for 'favourite' since it's correct to anyone outside of the US. I'll play along, why not?

NoFX
System of a Down
Suicidal Tendencies
and for some gay reason... Lisa Loeb (lately).

Modest Mouse (especially The Moon and Antarctica), Weezer, Jay-Z, System of a Down, Kanye West, Pitbull, Ben Folds (and Ben Folds Five), David Byrne, Toby Keith, AC/DC, RHCP, Rage Against The Machine, Eminem, Cake, the first Creed Album, Foo Fighters, The Cars, Bubba Sparxxx, Antony and the Johnsons, Less Than Jake, Notorious B.I.G., Offspring, Pedro the Lion, Pixies, Z-Trip, Muse, and the Dropkick Murphys. I have a very eclectic taste in music. Also, for hilarious and totally serious Muslim rap, check out Soldiers of Allah (The song Muslim for Life is probably the catchiest).

They are good too. But I like laughing at people being horrible by accident and through religious conviction.

Wow. That was horrible. I actually turned it off. Don't get me wrong, I like joke rap, just not that one.

We had a joke in college about muslim hardcore music. We flirted with the idea of starting a band, and our first single would be called "I bet you can't fly this plane between those 2 towers".

But we would have been murdered.

As for music, I have stupidly wide ranging tastes, top 2 bands ever would be Muse and Sigur Ros, but i like a bit of everything really...
This is what i was listening to last week:

(I'm also a bit of a geek about soundtracks... hence the Thomas Newman, Michael Nyman and John Williams)

That sounds better. If you find a link, post it. I'd like to give it a listen.
