Bravo
This episode was a cut above. Usama was hilarious, and the Vincent interview was really amazing.
This interview was, frankly, phenomenal. People forget that you can interview a flawed person, a person who is bad, a person who needs to work on themselves. And you can do that without putting them down or deriding them. Being able to interview him with the patience and compassion you did was great to hear. Does he think that betrayal justifies domestic abuse? Yep Does that mean the interviewers have to tell him he's evil? No This interview is exactly how you get through to a person. Listen, talk through the issues, help them see where they are going wrong. I give you credit here guys, I would find it hard to continue after he justified the whole "drag her out by her hair" story. But in truth, helping him is about not judging. It's about listening and being compassionate. I hope Vincent takes some time to learn, and I would like to hear from him again. Bravo!
