I just finished listening to the show, and I was laughing so hard I was crying. And I am fat. You know what that means? That you have the ability to control how much you let others affect you just as much as you can control how much you eat and exercise. Keith can call me a fat pig all he wants (and he will, because he loves me like that), and I will laugh because what he says and does has absolutely no effect on how I live my life. There are maybe 10 people in my life whose words can truly affect me, and he isn't one of them. I am merely entertained by them.

So quit acting like Keith, or anyone else, is responsible for both your fatness and your self-esteem.
